Hi! I'm Laurie.
I’m Laurie Graham, creator of the Small Church Network, where we support volunteers and ministry leaders in small churches with practical tools, encouragement, and ideas that actually fit real life.
I love small church ministry, and I love helping people experience less stress, more joy, and a clearer sense of the difference they’re already making.
This is our 20th conference, and we’ve learned a lot about what really works in small churches – and what doesn’t.

WHEN & WHERE
The conference happens Saturday, January 31, from 11 am – 7 pm ET, with a kickoff on Friday and a bonus masterclass on Sunday. It’s completely virtual, so you can join from anywhere with an internet connection.
INTERACTIVE SESSIONS
Attend sessions led by 24 women in small churches, sharing what’s actually working to build connection, create meaningful gatherings, reach your community, and lead with confidence.

When is this whole thing happening?
The main event happens Saturday, January 31, from 11 am - 7 pm ET. For even more goodness, we bookend the main event with Kickoff Events on Friday and a Masterclass on Sunday. The Kickoff Events happen Friday, January 30 at both 2 pm & 7 pm ET. The Masterclass happens Sunday, February 1 at 2 pm & 7 pm ET.
Where is the conference held?
It's online! No need to worry about traveling or expenses. We use RingCentral (an online conference platform) for all our conferences.
Is the conference really free?

What do you consider a small church?
We know the term "small church" is super subjective. For us, we talk about churches from 20-200. Within that range, we address the uniqueness of those who consider themselves microchurches (under 50) and those who are pushing mid-size.
I'm from a larger church. Can I still come?
Sure! If the topics address your needs, you're welcome to join in. Just keep in mind our mission is to small churches, and everything we do has them in mind.
Can I participate with my phone or tablet?
You sure can, but you'll most likely have a better experience on a computer or laptop. The conference takes place in an amazing, interactive platform called RingCentral. To enjoy all the interactive features, you'll want to log in from a computer or laptop.
Could we show the conference at our church?
For sure! We'll even give you tips on how to host your best Watch Party!
I live in a different time zone. Will the presentations be available for 24 hours?
